Known as "the Changer," Apostle Proctor is a prolific teacher, preacher, author, and business owner.

Apostle Proctor could not do life and ministry without the sacrifice, love, and partnership of Lady Machell Proctor his beautiful wife of over 25 years. Together they are blessed to be parents of six wonderful children—three boys and three girls—who continually inspire him.
